This book was great as it had a solid story line, great characters, and easy to follow writing style. I really loved the set up of this story and the cover art is gorgeous.

The story starts off with ex-lovers Alex and Lyla crossing paths again after 5 years. They randomly become colleagues and are forced to work with each other for an upcoming project. Alex still has feelings for Lyla although they ended bitterly. Lyla soon discovers that she still has feelings for Alex.
The premise of this novel was perfect! I loved it. I loved Alex's character as he was one of those perfect male leads in books with good looks and witty comments.This book was a light read that was easy to pick up whenever. The book is very short (112 pages) and readers can speed through this in one sitting. I really enjoyed this book throughout the whole read and the ending was heart warming.
